The NFL Network has some good news for its digital creative staff, as they’ll now have access to a dedicated digital designer on staff to work with the team.
It’s a move that was first reported by Business Insider.
The digital design team will also be able to use some of their time working with the NFL’s online media properties to work on digital content.
The NFL is one of the first sports leagues to make the move, following in the footsteps of the NBA and the NBA Players Association, who each have their own digital team.
The move comes as digital advertising and creative efforts have seen a massive boom in the last few years, and digital design and development has become a major part of those efforts.
The new digital team will include designers who will work alongside NFL digital creative chief Mike O’Shea, as well as the digital creative team of NFL digital artist and writer Jim Ross.
